Jill + John : Wiens Familly Cellars Wedding
On Saturday, June 30th, I was back Wiens Family Cellars in Temecula Wine Country to photograph the wedding of Jill Kovalcin and John Petrizzi. When I photographed them previously on March 31st at Laguna Beach for their Engagement Portraits, I immediately got a sense of John’s natural sense of humor and of Jill’s appreciation for it, as well as their natural chemistry together. I recall making a comment to them on that day that I couldn’t wait for their wedding, because I new it would be a fun one. And, I was right!
As expected for a Summer wedding in Southern California, the weather on the day of the wedding was hot, hot, hot! Shade is a rare commodity at Wiens. So, once the ceremony was done, I brought everyone out of the heat and under the covered patio alongside the reception area for their formal family portraits.

Loren, you are a phenomal photographer! The photos from the wedding turned out amazing. You were so stealth that I’ve received numerous comments from the guests that no one realized that you were there during most of the photos
