Loren Scott is a versatile photographer, experienced with many different genres of photography, with a primary focus on high-end wedding documentation. Also well known for his fashionably-flattering maternity photography, Loren typically enjoys repeat clients where he is asked to document the pregnancy and birth after documenting the wedding. Loren is also in constant demand for his tantalizingly-tasteful boudoir photography.
Loren's relaxed and easy-going personality allows even the most camera-shy people to open up and produce some amazing photos. Clients constantly rave not only about how much they love the resulting photos, but also about how much fun they had when Loren was behind the camera for them.
Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Loren began formal studies in photography his Sophomore year in high school (class of '81) and shot his first weddings as lead photographer when he was only 19 -- many, many years ago. In those early years, Loren developed his own film and slides. He now shoots 100% digital using top-of-the-line Canon equipment for all of his shots.
Loren is a full-time photographer -- not a part-timer or hobbyist. This is all he does. He has hundreds of successful weddings to his credit, with ZERO disasters to his name.

Loren's home studio/gallery is located in Murrieta, California (near the Temecula Wine Country) where he lives with his girlfriend and business partner, Rachel, and his three children.
He is a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA), Wedding & Portrait Photographers International (WPPI), Better Business Bureau (where he maintains a AAA rating), Murrieta Chamber of Commerce, and Temecula Chamber of Commerce. Loren is available to shoot not only within the Southern California area, but for destination weddings and events as well.

First, a location that is special or romantic to the couple is chosen, be it the beach at sunset, a college campus, a landmark where they first met, or perhaps where the proposal took place.
Then, Loren simply puts the couple in good light, gives them very minor direction and then just lets them interact together and just have fun and be themselves.
Most of the best shots are taken without the couple even looking into the camera!
And, as you'll see from this video, Loren is not afraid to roll up his pant legs and jump through the waves to get the best angle for a shot.
