On Saturday, February 21st, I had an awesome time documenting the wedding of Krystle Vergara and Shawn Balteff. They were so much fun when we shot their engagement portrait session at Laguna Beach last October (HERE), that I knew the wedding day would be a blast, and it really was!
We started the day at the Temecula Creek Inn, where Krystle and her girls were getting their hair and makeup prepared before getting dressed. This was a “no stress” zone for sure. Krystle was relaxed and ready. Then, it was off to St. Catherine of Alexandria Church in Temecula for the wedding ceremony. Shawn showed that he was having a relaxing time of it as well — he and his guys wore black low-top sneakers with their suits.
After the ceremony, it was a short trip to Temecula Wine Country for the reception at Falkner Winery. There are already tons of great photo opportunities at Falkner Winery, but we were also lucky to have a hot air balloon drift into the backdrop of one of our shots.

On Thursday, October 9th, I was on the oft-visited shores of Laguna Beach again. This time it was for the engagement session of Krystle Vagara & Shawn Balteff.
The weather wasn’t the best on this day — hazy and breezy, but that didn’t stop Krystle and Shawn from enjoying their time together and it showed in the images I captured of them.
