WHAT IS YOUR STYLE?
Loren Scott Photography's primary focus is modern, candid wedding photography. Using a photojournalistic approach, Loren and his assistant document the wedding day from two different yet complimentary perspectives "as the day happens" rather than "making moments happen".
Loren's portrait-style fuses the posed with the candid. He sets you up in a good location with good lighting and then he backs off, encouraging you to be yourselves while he snaps away as unobtrusively as possible.
Most modern couples prefer our blend of candid, photojournalistic wedding documentation with just a touch of posed formal portraiture for a captivating combination of wedding images that are expressive, representative, and real. If you expect to be able to relax and enjoy the spontaneous experience of your wedding day while trusting that your photographer is catching all of the moments that you'll want to look back on and say, "I didn't even know he got that shot!", then Loren Scott Photography is the studio for you.
INVESTMENT
Clients seeking our upscale style with full day coverage and a substantial album expect to invest $3500 to $5000 or more. Clients seeking our style with more limited coverage needs and more restrained album selections expect to invest $2500-$3000. Due to high demand, a minimum investment of $3000 is required for Saturday weddings held May through October.
Despite state of the economy, upscale wedding coverage can still be an option for many couples. We believe that every couple deserves the very best photography possible, and do what we can to help our clients with stretched budgets by offering a low deposit with monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly payment plans and even layaway installments for our heirloom quality albums.
Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis with a signed agreement and retainer deposit of just $500. The balance can be evenly divided into an easy interest-free payment schedule. And, for collections that include a wedding album, your final payment is not due until 60 days after the wedding!
